Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. HI,

Have Good Days !!!

we are facing problem in Financial report output : Exel not generating output

FSG Report –Drill Down Report steps to run the report

Navigation :GL Super User->Reports->Financial Report Submission
All the required value for parameter given
After report is completed
Choose ->View output
1. Output type PDF –is working
2. Output type Excel is not generating

Is there any document for Prerequstins for this output to work .

Please advice ..Thanks
