Not able to access Financial reports from smart view

Hi All,

We are facing issues while accessing financial reports from SMARTVIEW  11.1.2.5.620  32 -bit (excel version is :  2013 32-bit).

What is the issue?

I am able to  connect to Planning and Essbase in smartview  but when i try to access financial reports smart view is asking login credentials after supplying login credentials i am able to access financial reports.

I am just wondering why it is asking login credentials to  access financial reports even after connecting to Essbase and planning.

All our Hyperion products are at version 11.1.2.4.XX

Please let me know if you saw this kind of issue in your career ans also let me know how to fix it.
