WA Family & Medical Leave Program

I am having issues setting up the Employee/Employer Ratio for the WA Paid Family and Medical Leave on the Company State Tax Table in the VDI/FLI tab.  I have tried many different number formats equaling 100%, but I receive a message stating the ratios must total 100.

Would someone be willing to share their setup to help identify what I may be inputting incorrectly?
