Essbase Administration Services Console slowness

Hi All

We installed 11.1.2.4 Hyperion Planning & stand alone Hyperion Essbase and it was working fine.

Then we did Java upgrade and web-logic patch

Before Java upgrade version
After Java upgrade version

Jdk - "1.6.0_35"

Jrockit - "1.6.0_37"

Java version - '1.7.0_211"

WebLogic Server 10.3.6.0.190115 PSU Patch for BUG28710912

EAS for the cubes in our Essbase reporting environment is working fine, but EAS for the cubes in our Hyperion Planning environment is slow.

  • Hyperion data forms are very slow
  • We are able to login to EAS consloe without any issue, but when we try to expand the database server it become very slow (5 mins to expand) and then opening application, Editing outline very very slow.
