Recevables deduction or over payment claim takes really long time and completes in Internal Server E

in Channel Revenue Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

we are using Receivables deduction and over payment claims settlement process in Channel Revenue Management. When users settles the claim (deduction or over payment claims) it takes really long time say for example 10 minutes and completes in Internal Server Error. This issue is sporadic. Did any one in this forum got this issue? if yes can you please help me to resolve this issue?
