Total pay on SOE does not match Rate details

Hi,

   We are currently on R12.1.3(US Payroll) and have a problem regarding Employees statement of earnings and rate details.When we click the Rate Details Button,it pops up, but our Shift Diff element Amount is not matching with the Amount on SOE.Statement of Earning shows the total Amount:$14.58 for 9 hours but the amount in Rate Details shows $14.5215 for 9 hours.Total pay on SOE does not match Rate details.
