SYSADMIN: Error in Workflow ROLE= TYPE=POAPPRV NAME=PO_PO_APPROVED_FOR_REQ

I am trying to resolve this workflow notification we received as sysadmin. (See below). I tried Doc ID 2240293.1. I queried the user and verified the user was in wf_user. Not sure what else to do. Suggestions? Any advice will be much appreciated.
