OCT 2018 PSU Patch Possible?. No waived extended support 11.2.0.4

Hello All,

We are running Oracle 11.2.0.4 and as you all know waived extended support expired on 1st Jan 2019. Customer is still looking options to upgrade to 18c rather than taken extended support for 11.2 however project will take more than 6 month to get completed (1000+ databases)

11.2 database were patched with July 2018. Is it still possible to patch database with Oct 2018 PSU even if we have no extended support?
