Fulfillment Task Options - Auto-Processing Options Tab

How are the available auto-processing options on the Auto-Processing Options tab of the Fulfillment Task Options page set?  For instance, for Shipping Requests the options currently available in our application are "Advance to Depleted" and "No Auto-Processing".  We would like to set Shipping Requests to "Advance to Shipped".  How would we make the "Advance to Shipped" option available for Shipping Requests?
