IP2018/IP2019 Siebel Sample enviroment

I've gone through as much as I can trying to get Siebel sample environment with IP2017. I'm hitting errors with no help on the internet to figure out and I've abandoned that. Is there any Siebel IP2017-2019 sample environment on the web for customers to look at? We are planning on upgrading and it would be great to have a local (or "local" I should say) environment to do a proof of concept in or study in before we upgrade our real environment.

Just wondering if such thing exists and I apologize if this is in some documentation somewhere. I couldn't find it scouring google, siebel blog or oracle support.
