Non-Person profile integration with TAM

Good day,

We are creating Non-Person profiles for jobcodes and positions.  We also plan on integrating profiles into Recruiting (TAM/candidate gateway)  When I create a job opening and and associate the Job Profile to the job opening, it does not pull in the competencies into the job opening.  The job opening shows "items not loaded - competencies (9)." It pulls in the languages and responsibilities.  When I associate a Person Profile to the job opening, it pulls in the competencies fine.  Can someone help me with this situation?
