Siebel Admin - Came across issue when i try to list active task from srvrmgr utility not able to see

Siebel Admin - Came across issue when i try to list active task from srvrmgr utility not able to see any task and also we have server task persistent component running. But after restart of server it is working fine.

Any input really appreciated.
