Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

We plan to upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7. Any document available to compare the feature between the two versions.

Is the 12.2.7 is the less bug version in 12.2.X ?
