Where are the tax calls in OM code

We are on Oracle apps version 12.2.7, upgrading to 12.2.8 in the fall.  We use Sabrix Tax Engine to calculate tax from Oracle eBTax apps.  Could someone please advise where I can find details or a flow of when those tax calls are made in OM from time of Booking to time of completion of ITS and all interfaces to INV, OM and AR are complete?
