Collections Configuration does not display Actions

Hi community,

My name is Nick and this is the first time interacting with the community.

I would appreciate if any of the members can assist on the following issue related to Collections Configuration.

When creating a new scenario and try to assign actions, none is  listed. Trying to create new action the grid still remains empty while  respective action is recorded in DB.

It was also observed that  during retrieval step {fm_collections_config_get_actions.c) below error is returned
