After upgrade from OEL7.2 to 7.6 IP V4 is not working

Hello ,

I installed a OEL 7.2 on a guest machine VMWare VSphere 6.5 and I upgrade the machine to OEL 7.6 after upgrade the network card didnot accept the IP V4 configurations or as detailed accept it as a configuration but not consider it.

I need to troubleshoot this issue and know the root cause and solve it ASAP.
