IC Calculation with Outside Operation and 02 costing Method

Hello,

Can anyone please help me to understand how the IC is generated with below setup:-

FG Item cost Method is 02 Weighted Average

Manual WO Completion with Outside Operation.

As per my understanding IC should be sum of IM and IH in actual costing, (where IH will be sum of B1-Labor, B3- Machine and D1-Outside Operation cost)

I have done the same setup, where i can see after running R31802A, IM and IH gets generated correctly. In the report IH showing the entries for B1, B3 and D1 as per setups. But IC entries not considering the Amount equivalent to D1 cost.
