Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi All,

I am unable to install IR web client, getting below error.

When I click on install another window opens and getting error message "no apps installed to open this type of file(jar).

I have already installed java.

Any help please.....

Ver is 11.1.2.4.
