"Wait for Table Lock" wait event

We have the below Lab setup:

2-node RAC database (non-cdb)

Version : 12.1.0.2 (Oct 2018 PSU)

RHEL : 6.10

We are currently performing load testing for one of the upcoming application release, I am seeing this wait event "WAIT for TABLE LOCK", I have not come across this before

Eventhough the number of waits is not much, however the waits are longer. and at this point I am not sure, if I should be concerned, however would like to know if there is a way to drill down to understand what is causing this wait??

Below is from an AWR for 20minutes interval:
