How to install BI Publisher Desktop for users (Domain environment) - No Ribbon

Hi, is it possible to install the latest BI Publisher Desktop for non-admin users?

I have attempted all possible solutions (installing different versions, executing the 'setup.exe', checking add-ins, deploying via SCCM, changing file permissions, etc), but cannot get the ribbon to appear within Word as a user.

The ribbon is only visible when opening Word as admin - and yes the application was installed with an admin account. And no since we are in a corporate domain environment, enabling any user as admin is not practical.

Is there a workaround or another version that can be used by standard users? or is this application only for admins?
