Oracle Red Paper - Transitioning to Lease Accounting Stds - GASB 87 update

The May 2018 Oracle Red Paper - Transitioning to Lease Accounting Standards ASC 842 and IFRS 16 states on page 5: "Organizations reporting under GASB should NOT proceed with the Oracle PeopleSoft data migration and transition.  .... Oracle is reviewing the changes necessary to comply with the new GASB lease accounting requirement with the intent of enhancing the product to meet GASB requirements in a later image."

We are a government organization and have installed Image 31 in a test environment with the intent to begin configuring and testing for GASB 87 in Asset Management.  

We would appreciate updated guidance for organizations reporting GASB 87.  Kindly advise Doc ID number at your earliest convenience.
