Failed to export local oracle database in JDE 9.2

Hi Team, We are using JDE 9.2 and just upgraded our tools release from 9.2.1.4 to 9.2.2.7 and try to build our first full package on deployment server. Server build logs went all good but while checking Clint log we found that its not created local database file which used for installing Fat client. Client pkg build logs: Thu Apr 11 01:10:24  -  Detaching the local repository on the build machine. This will take some time. Thu Apr 11 01:10:25  -  spkgrdbutil.c:227 PKGRDB0016 ERROR: Failed to export local oracle database(tablespace) SPEC__DV920FRR. Thu Apr 11 01:10:25  -  PkgMisc.cpp:1200 PKGMSC0039 ERROR: Failed
