JdE 9.1 - Transfer Order from MRP messages for project purchased item (stocking type H)

Generating a transfer order from P3411 MRP messages for a project purchased item (stocking type H) always create sales/purchase orders with a quantity of 1, regardeless the quantity that is in MRP message.

Does someone know if there is supplemental setup for avoiding this issue ?
