ACA Look-back Period

We are currently using version 12.1.

Is there a way to track part time employees look back periods in OAB  for reporting purposes to see if they trigger ACA coverage rules?  Currently we run hour reports and manually compile information in a spreadsheet.  I was hoping there's a better way....
