Need guideline to apply ODA patch 12.2.1.4.0

Hi,

The ODA patching process became confusing when Oracle put all the ODA documents to web without attached a patching readme file in the patch files.

I tried to upgrade my ODA x6-2L/M from 12.1.2.12.0 to 12.2.1.4.0, and the readme file ask me to read the online document below for patching procedure,

Is there anyone kind enough to point out which section should I follow?

The document doesn't even have proper steps on how to handle the 3 zipped patch files.
