Assignment manager - Dynamic Candidate

Hello!

Can you help me, z have a rule with Dynamic Candidates. If a rule doesn't find candidates, the rule is passed. And rule with other sequence did not execute.

can I set up a rule so that if no candidates are found, the rule does not pass.
