Unable to view CTI tool bar under communication panel with Siebel IP2018

Hi Team,

We have Siebel IP2018 setu. We are unable to view CTI toolbar, instead we are getting blank view below communication panel. Found below error in object manager log. Please help in getting this resolved.

There is no menu item definition at position '44' specified as the parent for menu item 'Not Ready Push Preview' in menu 'Communication'.
