"IH Update Image 9.1.008" deployment fails

Hi Folks,

I am trying to install -"IH Update Image 9.1.008" for Cloud manager-8.

Even though, from the OCI instances page I can see that both Windows and LINUX images are created and up and running in green.. My deployment gets failed with the below error. Did multiple tries but failing with same error. Any help would be highly appreciated.
