Supplier Profile Inactivation

We are looking for a program that we can use to:

- End-date or inactivate supplier (header level)

- End-date or inactivate supplier's locations (i.e. addresses and sites)

- End-date or inactivate supplier's contacts

- End-date or inactivate supplier's contacts iSupplier portal logins.

Today the users clean them individually and it is very cumbersome and time consuming. Hence looking forward to automate this using a single program. Needless to say that the program should check if there are any open transactions against any of the above entities before end-dating or inactivating them.

Please share your inputs if you have come across something similar.
