Combining salaried and hourly pay cycles into one

Good Afternoon -

Currently we run two payroll cycles for our population of 6500+.  Bi-Weekly for the hourly employees that are paid a week in arrears and Semi Monthly for the salaried employees that are paid current.

We are in the process of researching our options to pay all employees on one payroll cycle.  We would like to pay everyone Bi-Weekly but not sure about changing the salaried employees to be paid in arrears like the hourly employees.

I would like to hear what you have done and thanks in advance for your feedback.
