Where can I find fr_scheduler.properties Financial Reporting file?

Im looking the documentation in:

But I can´t find  fr_scheduler.properties file in the <FinancialReporting>\lib directory

I searching the file in  \....\hyperion\EPMSystem11R1\products\financialreporting\lib

                                     \...\hyperion\user_projects\epmsystem_vmhod\FinancialReporting\lib

                                     \pals17\hyperion\EPMSystem11R1\products\FinancialReportingStudio\products\financialreporting\lib

how can I identify or find Hyperion Financial Reporting Scheduler Server computer?
