Is there a way to do a backdated product cancelling?

Is there a way to do a backdated product cancelling by setting its "effective date" ?

As an example:

Today is Apr-12 and I want to cancel one product as being on Apr-06.. so the cycle  period from 06-apr to Apr-12 must not be considered as "used" and may not be charged.
