Additional columns not displayed - work orders search - EAM workbench

i log to EAM - maintenance super user responsability - work orders tab:

     when i personalize my search, additional criteria (eg: work order type), this column does not appear in the result area,

     the only displayed columns are the default ones (select, work order, asset number, asset group, description, scheduled start date, scheduled end date, duration (hours)..)

any idea about that?
