GL: Budget_interface_table | removing records from this table

Hi,

we are having a third party software interface budget into the GL: Budget_interface_table. After the interface we noticed that there are records which reside in this table which are not needed.

Is there any program (oracle concurrent request) which can be used to remove the unwanted records from the budget_interface_table without seeking assistance from DBA.
