SVM console installer 9.2.3.3 for Windows does not open

Hello,

I am trying to install Server manager console installer 9.2.3.3 on Windows Server 2016.

I downloaded the 9.2.3.3-Server-Manager_06_50.par, extracted it and run the setup.exe as Administrator.

However, the installer screen does not come up.

Folder "9.2.3.3-Server-Manager_06_50\Disk1\install" has 2 subfolder and only 5 files.

Folder "9.2.3.1-Server-Manager_06_50\Disk1\install" has 2 subfolder and 12 files and the setup.exe opens in the same Windows box.

Does anyone complete the 9.2.3.3 installation?

Are there some changes in the installation process?
