IP 2019 Change theme, ,IP 2019 Change theme

Hi ,

We installed IP 2019 and when we try to change Siebel theme we are getting Server busy error and session will be crashed.

Navigate to Tools > user preferences > Behavior : Server busy error

Please let me know is there any other ways to change default theme.
