CSV Export Issue in BI Publisher Report.

In BI Publisher report, when we export it into excel it gives proper data. But when we export same report in csv format then it gives repeated rows.We are facing this issue in almost all our excel report, is there different layout structure needed for csv format?Please help.Thanks in advance
