listener issue in oracle db version 12c1

Hi,

We have created 12c1 db on windows 2012 server and trying to start the listener getting below error and also added the sid name in the listener but getting the status as unknown in lsnrctl status, Kindly let us know the root cause for the same.

PS C:\Users\oracle> lsnrctl status
