Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to understand at what time the indexes are going invalid / unusable and cause of it?

After a custom build application upgrade, couple of indexes in the one of the core schema is going to UNUSABLE state often.
