Disadvantages of having Multiple ERP or Disadvantages of Replacing Oracle with SAP

Hi Experts,

Need your advise on the mentioned Subject.

1. I want to convince Client Management not to replace Oracle ERP with SAP, So in this regard, can any one Provide the List of disadvantages of replacing Oracle with SAP in layman Language to convince Client Management

2. Disadvantages of having multiple ERP at same client location between 2 companies (Oracle vs SAP)

i.e Company-A (Oracle )  ----Parent Company

     Company- B (SAP)----- Child Company
