Is it possible to configure a context based DFF segment to be a drop down rather than a text input f

Hello -

We are on EBS 12.2.4.  We have a context-based segment defined on the Expense Report Line DFF.  It does have an associated value set which contains 3 values.  It is possible to make this segment appear as a drop down (with those 3 values showing) rather than a text input?
