Alternate Supplier Name to not be exceed more than 65 characters in OAF ,Oracle EBS R12

The Vendor_Name and Alternate Supplier Name fields on a supplier record in EBS is limited to 65 characters, however, there is nothing that is currently preventing someone from inputting into one of these two fields with more characters than allowed.  If it's possible, we'd like to see an alert be shown when someone has more than 65 characters in either of these two fields and not allow the record to be saved.
