Questions on Ship To Location and Sales/Use Tax in PeopleSoft 9.1:

On the Ship To Location > Sales/Use Tax Link what is the difference between Exempt and Exonerated in the Sales/Use Tax Info section?

What should be used if tax should not be calculated for the Ship to location in the Tax Exception and Sales/Use Tax Info sections?
