Enrollment Contact Assignment

Hello everyone,

I am hoping to get more inside on the use of the Enrollment Contact Assignment List within the Benefit Fluid functionality.

I have tested several things and came a cross a couple things i would like to see if others have run into, and how they were solved....

1) Enrollment Contact Assignment List

During some testing i found out that the Contact Assignment List is used in event classes.Some organizations have local HR Representatives and would like to add contacts based on an employee’s location or Benefit Program. Is there more flexibility than reflecting the same contacts for all events? This is also a problem for organizations that have certain benefit plans only available for specific Employee Groups within same benefit program. Ideally, these groups should only be represented with the accurate Contact based on plan eligibility. Are there more option to assign contacts e.g. Event Class, Benefit Plan, Benefit Program, Eligibility. Location
