Can add another CSI# to my account

Hi all,

I have problem to add anothers CSI#, while my account already associated with a CSI#. On the organization name, I input as welcome letter I have, but it gave me error when I push validate. Do you have any other way to input CSI# ? . The Organization name is same with the one I already associated. I also tried to use system serial number, but it gave me "No Support Identifier matches your search criteria." .
