Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. AIS Server Configuration Issue after 9.2.3.1 Upgrade

Hi Team,

I have currently upgraded my instance to 9.2.3.1 (Ent and Dev) and HTML server is on 9.2.3.2.

Now I am trying to install a new AIS instance with 9.2.3.2 par files and getting the errors are below.

e1agent.log file contains below:

WARNING: Unable to create jar file 'D:\jde_home_jas\SCFHA\targets\AIS_DV_8017\JDERestProxy.ear.tmp\JDERestProxy.war'

java.io.FileNotFoundException: \jde_home_jas\SCFHA\targets\AIS_DV_8017\JDERestProxy.ear.tmp\JDERestProxy.war (Access is denied)
