"Missing" Demographic Fields in Fluid

I noticed that the Classic Demographic Data page has a number of fields that aren't on the equivalent page in Fluid, the Personal Details, Biographic tab. I found the setup that let me add the basics like Gender, Military Status, and Marital Status to the Fluid page, but I can't find any way to include Birth State/Country, Driver's License Number, and Visa data, and I can't find a Fluid page where they're displayed. Has anyone else run into this? What did you do for a workaround? Is there a page that displays them I didn't find?
