update storage 2540M2 firmware failed

HI

I made the update of the firmware of my storage 2540M2. the existing firmware is 07.84.47.10. and when I finished the update, he became 07.80.51.10.  And all disk became "incompatible", The volume "unlabeled".

And I can not redo the update.

How to force update to upgrade to the previous version 07.84.47.10?
