Change VM Network Settings on recovered Virtual Machines?

Have a question about how to change the IP address on Oracle VM's that are not yet connected to the network.

The purpose of this is Disaster Recovery. We have a number of Linux VM's that we recover at a DR hot site. The VM's are replicated via array replication (EMC and NetApp). We then import the disks, repositories, VMs, etc.

The problem is that these VMs are on subnets that differ between the production and disaster recovery, so I need to change the IP address on each VM. We have OVS machines dedicated to this, so those aren't an issue.
