Is it possible to apply Pay Rate Multiplier to Recharge Only time entry

I have been asked to see if a pay type can be setup that will be used for subcontractors who are Recharge Only. They want it to be used for Overtime charges with a multiplier of 1.27. The subcontractors are setup with Distribution Rates for straight time(regular) charges but I cannot think of a way to apply the multiplier to the distribution rate.

For example the distribution rate is $57.00, so an 8 hour Regular time card would create $456.00 for the Recharge Amount.

They would like to be able to have for example, $57.00 X 1.27 to get OT rate of $72.39 applied to a 4 hour Overtime time card giving $289.56 for the Recharge Amount.
